Our Purpose

Life After Solstice aims to provide a nurturing space for peers seeking support following their attendance at Pacific Solstice. Our community is a beacon of safety and encouragement, where individuals can openly share their stories, find solidarity, hone coping techniques, and collectively strive towards personal growth. Here, amidst understanding and empathy, we navigate through trauma and challenges, knowing that we’re never alone in our journey. Together, we empower each other to embrace resilience, cultivate self-improvement, and thrive beyond the shadows of our past experiences.

What is the purpose of this website?

To have a centralized place to remain connected through weekly peer operated groups, to share experiences, and have access to various mental health tools.

Who will moderate the weekly groups?

This is strictly peer-led. We moderate together, hold each other accountable, and maintain flexibility in doing so. No mental health professionals are involved, so this isn’t meant to replace professional help.

How do I sign-up to receive weekly reminders and participate in the peer group?

Just click “Sign-Up” and provide your email address. That’ll allow you to receive the reminder emails and Zoom link for each meeting.

When and where do the weekly groups take place?

Peer group will be conducted every Thursday from 6:00pm-7:00pm, remotely via ZOOM. You may sign-up to receive weekly emails with the Zoom link or you can click “Calendar/Events” to find the link.

Is there a cost to join?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! While there are on-going operational costs, there is ZERO pressure for anyone to contribute financially. For those that wish to contribute to assist with costs, recommended donation is $3/mo or $36/yr.
